Our vision is to positively impact the lives of each mentee by teaching life skills through diverse enrichment programs, academic development, and social activities, to motivate and inspire them to excel personally and professionally.
Mentoring Exceptional Leaders is committed to respecting and valuing the diversity of all cultural perspectives, racial ethnicities, and personal interests. We seek to provide and foster an environment with respect and dignity which embraces unique characteristics of each individual, while adhering to the guidelines within the policies and procedures provided. Our goal is to help all young men realize their full potential and purpose regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, ability, or national origin.

Mentoring Exceptional Leaders invites young men to a variety of small group sessions, community services events and group outings.
The school-based pilot program in Clayton County and Henry County engages students in sessions during school hours that encourage, equip, and help them establish excellence in all aspects of their lives.
Single mentoring sessions or speaking engagements are led by our Founder and Lead Mentor, Melvin Smith. This is a great way to address specific needs for groups of all sizes.
